It is located near Neos Marmaras, in the bay of Simonitiko, about 150m from the beautiful beach. The brand new house is an extension of the Zeppos Simonitiko complex, which offers its guests a swimming pool, children’s area, barbecue and parking. The pool is within the house of Zeppos, while the children’s zone is located under the olive grove within the house of Zeppos Garden, which has an extremely spacious grassy yard. We offer studios, apartments and duplexes located on the ground floor, first and second floor. All have satellite TV, air conditioning whose use is included in the price, WIFI and parking. There is also a barbecue in the yard, and guests have access to use the pool of Simonitiko Apartments, which is just across the street.
Villa Nikos (3 keys)
Villa Nikos is located in Neos Marmaras, about 150 meters from the city beach.
